“Central Virginia has been a wonderful place for ICL, and we’ve called Henrico County home for years,” says Dale Ross, ICL COO. “We enjoy the collective spirit here, and embrace philanthropic opportunities to enhance our community.”

Recognized as A Great Place to Work
In addition to being a successful international shipping company, ICL is also a great place to work. The company has been recognized consistently as a Best Place to Work in Virginia since 2013 and as a Richmond Times-Dispatch Top Work Place each year since 2014.
ICL’s positive work environment is based on collaboration and employee empowerment. But there are other reasons why ICL is a great place to work. As a certified Active RVA company, ICL is committed to the health of its employees and encouraging an active lifestyle. Employees also embrace opportunities to enhance their community through philanthropic activities.
